Thanks so much! There is good news and bad news, the bad news is it costs a blimin $15,000 or something, but the good news is there is a 15 day trial, so yeah, kinda sucks only being able to do this for 15 days but oh well, I'll try get the trail again with a different email and computer so it can't recognize my email or ip address!

Not very good, it's quite inaccurate and very low quality textures but I suppose it is a good option if you don't want to pay!

Scanned with a Canon 550D, it's just 32 photos from all angles of the rock, then the software seams them together to generate a mesh and textures!

i asked because now i try create photorealistic food - fruits, fast food.
scanning is very good way for it. and its cool that i can use only my Canon )))

You don't even need a flash camera either like a canon, all you need is an iPod camera or even a raspberry pi camera and you can get pretty good results!
